ALEXA estate, situated in a plot of 7000sq.m between the most cosmopolitan beaches of the island Kalo Livadi & Kalafatis, consists of 2 adjacent buildings of 1.500sq.m.
It is a luxurious accommodation choice featuring 6 suites and 7 master bedrooms, all en-suite, of boho style chic decoration. A maximum of 30 guests can be accommodated in the 13 en suite bedrooms, inclusive of a Honeymoon suite, a Junior Suite and four Executive suites.

ALEXA’s vast size provides the unique advantage of having 2 spacious event venues within the same secluded estate. A poolside event area that can accommodate up to 220 guests seated, offers unrestricted sea views and is the ideal venue for intimate special celebrations! Meanwhile, there is also the garden event area for glamorous events, which can accommodate up to 700 guests seated and overlooks the Aegean Sea. This area, is surrounded by a minimally designed chapel, a sheltered buffet space, a dance floor space, and a gala area.
The property is ideal for all types of events (weddings, high-end parties, fashion shows, photo-shooting, conferences, yoga retreats, outdoor concerts, brand launching, incentive trips).
