Villa Gaia is located just 10 minutes away from the picturesque town of Mykonos in the beautiful Aleomandra region,  one of the very few areas on the island that provide breath-taking views of Delos island and some of the most colorful and romantic sunsets the world has ever seen. 

This wonderful property offers abundant to accommodate all of guests’ needs, features 5 ensuite bedrooms hosting up to 10 guests. The modern 350 sq. m.  interior is beautifully decorated and was built according to the modern architecture of Cyclades with the simple, plain line forms combined with some stylish influences that make it contemporary. It boasts grand, open plan living areas and stretches on a 4,000 sq. m. plot which overlooks the Aegean Sea, with olives and other Mediterranean plants. The magnificent interior spaces include spacious living room areas and fully equipped kitchen with the most modern appliances, all embellished with elegant and stylish furniture.

The five beautiful bedrooms are well appointed with high design aesthetic, comfortable and lavish furniture for an ultimate relaxation. The property also features a private gym and massage room for those looking to briefly up the tempo. LAYOUT

Entrance Floor
Two spacious living rooms, an elegant dining area for eight, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a guest WC make the lower level of the villa an inviting gathering point to share special moments with one another.

Upper Level
All three bedrooms of the main villa are found here:

• 2 double en-suite bedrooms
• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds or one double bed (depends on your requirements)
All rooms are air-conditioned, as are all other indoor spaces throughout the property, and feature dashing private balconies offering magnificent sea panoramas.

Guest House
Ideal for those that want their own space, the guest adobe has a suave en-suite bedroom with either 2 single beds or one double bed, and its individual entrance.

Lower Level
Besides a well-equipped gym and a massage room where you can rejuvenate your body and mind, the lower level also has the capacity to sleep two more people in its polished double en-suite bedroom. Its entrance is separate from other properties while the guest WC gives even more independence to those that will choose to stay here.

Outdoor Area
Spreading across a land of 4,000m2, the outdoor space of Villa Gaia impresses with the massive L-shaped infinity pool and plush sun beds, the swanky pool bar-lounge area (plus an equally sumptuous lounge area inside the pool), a more secluded sitting space for those alone times, the modern dining room for 12, and the BBQ section.
