These are the terms and conditions for the booking agreement between you and Alpha Mykonos Concierge

Alpha Mykonos Concierge is a travel agency, member of the Greek Tourism Organization with Registration Numbers: 0933E70000117601 & 1173E700009817Y1 for all services provided, including but not limited to yachting charters, private land transportations, private air transportations, sightseeing tours, and other hospitality services. The company can not be held responsible or liable for injury, loss, damage or delay arising out of or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any persons providing Services. Alpha Mykonos Concierge can not be held accountable for costs or other liabilities associated with acts of terrorism, war, accident, weather, or acts of God.

Alpha Mykonos Concierge website has been compiled in good faith. It provides general information about the Suppliers and Services. While Alpha Mykonos Concierge has taken reasonable steps to ensure this information is accurate, the company makes no warranties or representations – expressed or implied – regarding the accuracy and completeness of this website and its information, or any websites linked to the Alpha Mykonos Concierge website. Users of the information contained in this website and any websites linked to the Alpha Mykonos Concierge website must rely solely on their own assessment and verification.

1. PAYMENT
All quotations are given and applicable charges in the proposal will not include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Alpha Mykonos Concierge shall be entitled to vary the charge anytime with written notice to the Customers. Subject to any special terms, the Customer shall pay Alpha Mykonos Concierge the charge and any additional sums reed upon for Services. Alpha Mykonos Concierge shall invoice the Customer immediately upon receipt of written acceptance of these conditions or at another time agreed upon between Alpha Mykonos Concierge and the Customer. All payments made to Alpha Mykonos Concierge via credit card are liable to a 2,5% for visa and master card, and 4% for Amex handling charge in addition to the sum owed by the customer.

Alpha Bank’s payment page in which card details are entered, bears a digital certificate to allow anybody to check its authenticity, i.e. to make sure that it is a genuine web page of the Alpha e-Commerce Service. The Alpha e-Commerce Service follows the world’s best practice for e-commerce payments and is fully compatible with the international security protocols Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for secure on-line card payments. Alpha Mykonos Concierge does not collect any credit card details or other financial data on this website. All systems and procedures used by Alpha Bank block any third party from accessing the Bank’s data and its information systems. Card data (card number, CVV2, expiration date, etc.), is transmitted over the Internet in an encrypted format and is not accessible through our website (Alpha Mykonos Concierge).

2. BOOKING
A deposit of 30% is required in order to book your desired services. No contract with us will exist until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed and have consequently confirmed your booking.

3. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of the payment must be paid at least three (3) weeks prior to your arrival. If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges and to retain the deposit. For bookings made within three (3) weeks of the arrival date, you will be required to pay the full amount of your holiday services at the time of booking.

4. CANCELLATION BY YOU
It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is canceled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost: 2 weeks or more before arrival = 30% (non-refundable deposit) 1 week before arrival = 100%(deposit & balance). All cancellations must be sent to us in writing and signed by the signatory of the booking form. Security deposit will be fully refunded.

5. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property/yacht/car/helicopter you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer/move/change to a similar or better property/yacht/car/helicopter. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred/moved, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property/yacht/car/helicopter, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

Complaints will only be considered by written letter sent to Alpha Mykonos Concierge no more than 7 days after services have been rendered.

Alpha Mykonos Concierge reserves the right to refuse service to any person or organization and refuse any service request deemed unethical, immoral, illegal, or that would present a danger to our staff or clients.

Alpha Mykonos Concierge reserve the right to accept commissions upon the supply of products or performances of services by any supplier.

SEVERANCE
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such term or provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

By using this website and its information, you irrevocably and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this legal disclaimer and copyright notice. Alpha Mykonos Concierge reserves the right to change, add or remove any information presented on this website without notice. The continued use of this website following changes shall mean you accept the changes and the website as is.

Pay for your Reservation

- Pay directy
